Does anyone know if its possible to grow taller with vitamin K injections? If so do you know how much taller on can grow, and how much this might cost? Also I’m like 17-18 years old 5.57ft. (1.70m), what should I say to my doctor so that he actually prescribes me the injections? Thanks for reading my question.

i dont think any doctor in his/her right mind is going to prescribe to you growth hormone because you wanna get taller. ridiculous!!!
actually, being 17 years old and five feet five inches is not that bad. however, i haven’t heard anything about vitamin K injections. nowdays, doctors use HGH which is the Human Growth Hormone. they inject it (if not mistaken) twice a month and it boosts your growth by a couple inches a year. though i think they are rather on the pricey side. if you can get your doctor to prescribe you some, go for it.(every medication has side effects though)
