How to grow taller when your 13 and 4ft 4?
im 13 and im 4 ft 4 nearly 4 ft 5 how can you grow taller? x because i get picked on a lot .
anything i am willing to try x

dude u cant i am short too and i get picked on alot cuz ima girl and im short for my age alot of guys keep telling me its a good thing im pretty cuz im short !
Just wait, maybe if you’re lucky you’ll have a growth spurt and be taller than them.

Well taking vitamins might help, or eating a lot of fruits and vegtables. But that wont help too much. It’s ok if you’re short though, you’ll grow eventually! When i was 13 i was 4ft 2in! But now i’m 5ft 4in! Don’t be worried about it!
