Your BMI is 20... very much in the NORMAL and healthy range.  You are in the 35th percentile for your age; which is perfect.  Really, there is nothing wrong with your body size at all!  :)

If you want to get more lean, cut down on *junk* foods, drink more water, and make sure you are getting plenty of exercise.  You could also add a workout with weights if you want to be nice and toned.

I was around 5&#039;2&quot; early this year. I started going to Jazz class starting late February. And in that class, we did so many stretches, they hurt a lot!!!!  Over the summer, I had a HUGE growth spurt. And now I&#039;m 5&quot;6&quot;. My Mom is 5&#039;6&quot; and I&#039;m taller than her now..
So I think that Yoga, stretching of the legs, and running will help you get taller and be more leaner..
I know I&#039;m too young, but I hoped that helped!!</description>
