How to make us grow taller naturally?
I’m a 14 year-old girl and I just want to know how can I grow taller? I’m 150 cm. My friends are all taller than me, (155, 160, 165) even they are a girl and younger than me. I have jumped everyday, do exercise, but it doesn’t too work.
Is it possible if I do exercise everyday, and 1 week/2 weeks later my tall will increase? What kind of exercise?
Please help me, what should I do. I’m afraid that I can’t be taller and I want to be a tall enough girl, maybe 170 cm. Thanks ![]()

People say exercise and good diet will make you taller. But they never tell you that those things are only good if you’re going through a growth spurt, or wanting to get one. xP
It’s hard to answer this question not knowing how tall your parents are. I hate to say but it’s all about genes. So if you haven’t had a growth spurt lately, expect one probably during the summer. They say that in the summer you "do the right things". If you find yourself eating alot and have sore bones then you will grow.
Exercising like yoga will help your spinal cord straighten in height and you will be taller by an inch. But you’re only 14 and you have more time to grow naturally, without having to do anything at all, except let genes take over.
Your height comes more from your family and what you eat. It is also sometimes your own genetic combination, which is like Fate! Your friends are not from your family and have a different genetic gift.
I am also about 150 cm, since age 12. My parents are a little taller, and my brother and sister are much taller.
If you are able to drink milk, that is the best, because the calcium is used by your bones to grow longer. If milk makes you sick, you can add some calcium supplement (calcium carbonate, which is really like chalk), or you can find a local food that contains calcium. I don’t know where you live, or what people you come from. It all matters.
You may have stopped growing already. Then you will be a short woman like me. It is OK. Really!
Exercise is good for your body and mind, but you need both the food and the ancestors to be tall.

Height is also depends upon Genetic Factors. If your parents have short height you too may not will grow taller.
