Hi, im 13, and im only like 4’9, and everyone in my grade is like 5’3, so Im short compared to them, and they are picking on me because im so short, so what can I do to grow taller? Like Excersices and Diet, and that, and tips to growing more,

I was really short when i was in middle school too. Since your thirteen just wait for puberty to hit and you will get taller! I promise you. But i also heard like sleeping makes you taller. I don’t know if its true :O

What I did when I was a kid was eat A LOT of cereal.
Stretching helps too, not like a peice of gum, but like loosening tight muscles helps you grow. It’s like when you stuff a bunch of stuff into a suitcase, but later on open it and everything comes pouring out.
