I am 17 years old can i still grow 2-4 inchs in height?
I am 17 years old and I am 6 foot tall and i was wondering if i can still grow 2-4 more inch’s in height. I am going to turn 18 soon and i am going to be playing sports in college. I have tall genes in my family as my mothers uncle was 7 foot tall and her cousin’s are 6 foot 8 and 6 foot 10. My father also has tall people over 6 foot in his family. I work out with weights and i eat alot and a lot of protein rich foods and take protein supplements and a little creatine once in a while. I also drink lots of milk at-least 4 classes a day. I heard I-GF1 or HGH can make you taller is that true. Can i Still grow naturally.

It is good you are taking care of your body — yes, you could grow another 2-4 inches, or remain the same height. Impossible to tell without imaging of your growth plates.
You will just have to wait and see..
Yes, Insulin growth factor and human growth hormone can cause height increase (even in adults).. however the negative effects that come with them (IE: enlarged organs, including the heart) is not worth the risk at the dosages required for such height changes. So i wouldn’t even bother looking into that, especially in the black market (most of that would be fake, and/or unsafe).
Eating the right food is important for your wellbeing. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it’s not only a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss compound, it’s a superfood too. There’s a risk free trial on offer at http://rds.yahoo.com/**http%3a//lamirt.dietresults.info I’ve been taking it for two weeks now and it is definately having an effect!!
