You can’t make yourself grow taller. Work on your posture and walk with your shoulders back.
At 17 I’d think you’d know by now that your height was determined at conception and there is nothing you can do to change it!

There is no scientific way to make yourself taller, other than major, drastic surgery. No diet plan or exercise will work. It might still be possible for you to have another growth spurt, but at almost 18 it might not happen. I know it sucks to be short, but you’re not 6’4” for a reason. Whatever people recommend to you is just going to get your hopes up. The only thing I know of to make someone taller has to do with intentionally fracturing a person’s leg bones, moving them apart, and inserting metal hardware around the fracture. This is a very drastic measure and their are some doctors around the world willing to perform the operation.
