I haven’t grown for some time, how can I naturally grow taller?
I’m 18 years and a month old, I haven’t paid attention to my physical appearance until now. I haven’t given much thought to my height until recently. Let’s just say I focused on other things than my height. Now I’m standing at 5’7 and I’m really desperate to grow taller. I’m asian, dad is around 5’6 and mom is around 5’1 to 5’2. My older brother is around 5’8+. I really want to get to 5’10 if possible. I’m asian. I have been around 5’7 for many years, is it possible for me to gain a few inches in my favor?
I’ve been inactive in terms of exercises, but I plan to start swimming and doing some stretching exercises. Do you think this will help me get at least 3 inches?
