i m 16 yrs old and 163 cms tall.is this height enough or should i exercise to grow taller?

   There is nothing you can do to grow taller. Eating poorly will stunt you, though. Drink your milk and whatnot.

   Exercise does not make you grow taller, if it did, I’d be working out 24 hours a day. Cause I am only 5 feet tall (120 cm) lol

   for a guy tht is very short, a guy shud be abt 180 cm tall
   for a gurl thts kinda short, a girl shud be atleast 170.

   You aren’t too short. Don’t be intimidated by taller people. Height doesn’t matter.

   Is this a joke, or do you really think exercise will make you taller? You don’t sound too short to me. I’m 160 cm and I don’t feel outrageously short, although I would like to be taller. At the age of 16, you can still grow more. You may grow another 2 or 3 cms.

    youv’e got at least 4 years to ‘ grow’ — exercise will play no part in your developement of height growth .don’t dwell on it — but if you want to exercise — then go for it — because nothing nicer than feeling good as a petite twenty year old , measuring 185cm’s ( lol ) good luck .
