hey guys ..
I’m 20 years old height: 5.4 feet 161.5 cm
I want to get more inches and I’ve been searching and searching and I found this device ..
it’s like shoes pads works basically on Chinese therapy ..
please help me anyone have idea about this device is it worth ? or not ?

i dont know aything about this device but common, i dont beleive anything can give you results like that. one thing that will increase your height a little bit is if you start swimming laps regularly. im sure certain strokes work more effectively thn others. otherwise, dont see your height as a bad attribute, there are plenty of short people who are happy. 5.4 feet is not even short. relax
