I wanna know how to grow tall naturally, but the problem is I am already 20 years old and think so I have stoped groth. Now my ht is around 5.5" wanna grow other 3inc atlist so that i can become 5.8. My mom n papa are short then me so plz plz plz help me out to come out of this problem

honestly if you still have room in your growth plate you can take hgh (get a prescription otherwise it is illegal). you can add 1/2" by just letting your back stretch on a pull up bar, takes up to 6months.
there really is nothing proven that you can do. it is all genetics and what you were "given". guys stop growing between 18 and 22 yrs. old so you may grow a little more, maybe not. sorry, but i would not expect a 3 inch growth spurt. also, since this is genetic and you are already taller than both of your parents there is a good chance you are either done growing or just about done growing. also if you know how tall your grandparents were, you can help gauge it that way as well…the more you know, the better you can gauge it. but its not the end of the world if you are a few inches under the "average" height … i know this is easier said than done, but you cant do anything to control it in any way, so dont worry about it – if you grow you grow, if you dont, you dont, dont stress over it.
