I WANT TO BE SKINNY!!
is it normal fora thirteen year old girl to weigh 135 pounds??? cause i feel fat sometimes when im around ppl my age.and i know tht 135 is not tht bad but im gonna grow any taller so i grow any more im gonna grow out not up. i want to get in shape and i would like some ideas.
here are the things that i’ve been doing so far…
every morning i try to take a wake/jog or a bike ride around my neighbor hood
and im am starting my third year in feild hockey this fall so that should really help!
but its my eating habbits that keep me from loosing weight =[
so if anyone has any ways that they can help me i would really apriciate it!!!
ok… i am pretty sure i am like 5’3/ 5’4 one or the other idk

Depends on how tall you are. If you’re 5’0 you’re fat. If you’re 5’10, you’re thin.
If it’s your eating habits, get some self control. Just stop it. Do it. Convince yourself. Throw that bad food out of your life. Don’t look at the junk food. Avoid it at all costs. That’s what I did. Self Control is the key!

Sounds like you are getting the right amount of exercise, but you are sabatoging yourself with what you eat. I am the same way

I am not a teen, and I use the adult sparkpeople and it has really helped me. They have menu plans and allow you to keep tabs on your daily intakes.
