		<description>Katlin, in most shoes you would not see the lift for it can be done in the shoe or a combination of in the shoe and on the heel.  The combination would be a quarter inch lift placed on the heel and for most people a lift that small is not going to be noticed along with a quarter inch lift inside the shoe.  This will level off the pelvis and take pressure off of your back.  Talk to the orthotist who makes the lift for you about this.</description>
