I would like to grow taller. But how?
Is there maybe some kind of healthy habits i can do. or stretches or something? Im 15 and everyone is alot taller then i am. I dont want to hear maybe i havent gone through puburty cause i have. Just tell me things to eat, drink. do in order to grow taller.

i dont think you can get taller.. but eat lots of protein and work out get bigger than them then say i dont care how tall you are lol

Dont drink coffee or anything with caffeine because it stunts your growth. Drink milk! Your genes might not allow you to grow anymore though, you’ll just have to wait to see what the future holds
im and 6’1 almost 6’2 and i do eat alot of meat but if ure looking to stay fit eat meat and fruits, ive always heard lying down also helps because gravity is pushing down on u
when ur 16 or 17 thas when guys usually get a groth spert ( grow tall fast)

eat alot of veggies and drink alot of mi8lk i know it sounds like somenthing your mom would tell you, but it works. keep in mind though if your family is mostly short your probably not going to be that tall, considering its in your genes
their is an extremely painful cosmetic procedure that you can do. you can grow about a few inches at most. but you will have huge metal sticking out of your legs for months on end. you also have to go in for routine "fractures" yea, they break your bones in very small segments so they can mend back together eventually making you about 3 inches taller.
Height, it ranges from person to person, we all grow throughout our lives. A lot of this has to do with the health of our spines. EAT fiber and calcium and take vitamins each day.
Random Fact: Did you know that you are taller in the morning than at night? Because you spine gets weighed down through the day and smushes together
This might be a creepy answer but my doc. said u gotta eat tons of healthy stuff when your going through puberty.
Hook yourself up with some testosterone tablets ( they’re completely safe! ) or some steroids alternatively. Take 1 in the morning and 1 at night, and go to sleep hanging on a monkey bar (gravity in your friend). Within 1-2 weeks, you will realize that you’re an idiot.
I’m tall for an asian 5’11" all my short friends say its because I sleep alot and there is less pressure on my knees and legs… when I’m sleeping laying horizontally. I also don’t drink any caffene at all, but I did drink a ton when I was in high school.

Get 8 hours of sleep or more. Eat alot of fruits and veggies with proteins, drink loads of water, and milk (dairy products). Jump rope and stretch. Stay away from coffee! I heard it effects your height.

I don’t think there is anything you can do to be taller. Your genes determine that. Plus, at 15 I don’t think your finished growing, so you never know.

a best way i cud advice is to have milk shakes(chocolate, coffee flavoure) 2-3 times a day as an replacement for tea, coffee is a good alternative…
Good sleep aftr exercises helps ur bones to relax and expand.. Atlest 8hrs good sleep at night…
Remember food without exercises or exercises without food wont help you much.
Also there are genetics n familial relationships related to height.. i.e if either ur parents are short heighted or either ur brother , sister.. than there are little chances for increase in height…BUT keep a positive attitude follow the daily regimen of food n exercises.If you goin to gym regularly, i wud advice not to perform any weight lifting exercises… stritctly NO..
