if i do too many stretching exercises will i grow to tall?
well my goal is to be flexible and well i realized that if i do all the stretching it takes to reach my goal i might grow and i don’t want to grow anymore at least not too much now because i 13 and and am
5 feet tall i know that’s pretty
which is probably y im the shortest girl in my class but i like being fun sized
so what do you guys think

That stretching has nothing to do with height except for maybe posture.
Stretching doesn’t really make you noticeably taller. If anything it only makes you feel a little longer.
No, all stretching does is loosen up your muscles and such. Your bones will stay the same length.
Nope. There’s no noticeable difference. Stretching your spine a lot can make you temporarily a wee little bit taller but just standing up for a few hours puts it back to normal but the actual bones never change size. Normal people are actually tallest when they first get out of bed.
Stretching increases blood flow to your muscles and helps encourage longer and leaner muscles. It’s good for warming up, but it doesn’t affect your height. Certain stretches will improve posture, but even then your height won’t vary enough to matter. So I say do all the stretching you want, just make sure not to strain your muscles.
