If there is a way to make short ppl taller (leg lengthening) is there a way to make a tall person?

ohh thats like the movie GATTACA kind of. They cut the bone and took out a few inches, and the bone will fuse back at that length. They do it to the legs because they obviously cant do it to the spine. would they have to do it to the arms too to be porporational?
well a girl at my school got the leg lengthening done because she was born with uneven legs and it works…but she says it was a very painful procedure
option one: expensive surgery
realistic option: shorter skirts and wedge snadals make short ppl appear taller as well as darker washes for denim and longer tops like the popular tunics are perfect for shrimpy ppl.
tall ppl should wear flat shoes and longer skirts with lighter denim washes–the holey ones are super cute! tops that sit at the middle of the hip are perfect especially if the top has scruching around the bust–enhances boobs and makes torso appear shorter.
you can’t be shorter, be lucky you’re tall, nobody wants to be small,just ask any shorty, without offending them. if they say they love it , they’re lying!
