I'm 13 and I wanna grow taller over the summer. How can I do that?
I’m 13 years old and I want to grow taller. I sleep around 12-5 a.m. I really wanna grow taller over the summer. I’m 4"11 and yes I know I’m really short. That’s why I wanna grow taller (although I’m not the shortest girl in class).

Sorry but there’s nothing that can make you grow any taller than God & your genes intend you to be!
Concentrate on keeping fit & healthy, and accept yourself as you are!
If it’s any help, I was 4’11" when I was 14, but I had a growth spurt when I was 17 and I’m now the lofty height of 5’2"!
you will grow until about 16 so i wouldn’t worry to much but to help you out you could eat meals that are high in protein and get some exercise
Drink plenty of milk, eat well, stay fit, oh and finish going through puberty. This will take about 6-10… YEARS!
Genetics determine your height range, eating the right kind of food determines your maximum.
The only thing you can do, is really wish upon a star, because your height is mostly genetic.
You might be able to do Yoga and stretch your body out maybe 1/2 an inch, but other than that there’s no miracle "growing" exercise or pills.

first u should sleep at least 8 hours a day.and second u should eat something rich of protein;cheese,milk,yogurt,meat,fish,leguminous,nuts and lots of fruits and vegetables.never eat any fast food and never drink fizzy drinks.and sport…sport is very important u should play basketball, and swim or do pilates.i recommend pilates.in addition u can play basketball, volleyball, or swim beside pilates.but if u don’t eat any protein while making sport u will definetely lose ur muscles and u can’t get any taller.also u should go to a doctor because your shortness’ reason can be a hormonic problem.hope i can help..:)
