Recently my mum told me about a formula to calculate how tall you’re going to be when you’re older. Right now I’m 166 cm. The formula is that you add your mother and father’s heights together and minus 13. It came out as 168 cm. Naturally I’d like to be taller. Much taller than that. Like around 175-180 cm. How can I naturally grow taller? Drinking milk? I haven’t stopped growing yet, so I think I can manage to fit extra centimetres in there. Are there any exercises I can do? Anything I can eat? Thankyou.
Thanks guys but it’s really not helping. I want to know what I can eat or do to be taller.
