playing basketball can really help because you shoot the ball and stretch your body a bit. Also, walk and sit up straight. A good posture can make you taller too. DO NOT take stimulators, they can burn holes in your stomach
There is nothing you can do. Not only do girls stop growing around 15 and 16, your parents are short. It is genes, and there is really nothing you can do, but embrace it! Wear high heels and stuff like that.
Hope i helped
red mushrooms with white dots have been shown to increase a persons height, but only if that person is an italian plumber.
Sorry to break it to you, but you’re probably not going to grow taller and there’s not really anything you can do about it, it’s just in your genes.
Also, please do not take human growth hormones, while they might some of your desired effect in growing taller, the excess of growth hormone can have many bad side effects. Too much of any hormone is not a good thing (your body is already producing enough, unless you have a defective secretion, which I doubt).
Hey
There are some great ways that can help you to increase your height.
here are some tips that were helpful for me to grow taller faster:
Good sleeping
Getting a full night’s sleep every day is one of the most important things for growing taller..
Get 8-9 hours of sleep each night and take whatever steps you need to ensure that your sleep is uninterrupted as much as you can.
Actually, the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. If you will not sleep enough that can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is very bad for you.
You need to eat the right foods
It’s very recommended to choose foods that are rich in proteins.
Some examples are:
milk, fish, eggs, and lean meat are all forms of good protein.
You should also eat foods that have plenty of amino acids and vitamins.
On the other hand you must know about some of the biggest threats to your growth potential: caffeine, junk food and refined sugar.
Different exercises
Doing the right exercises can be really helpful for growing taller. Swimming for example can help a lot to increase your growth potential.
In the water you have less gravity and that means more open bone areas for your body to fill them with new bone tissue. The free motion of swimming is very light on your body and greatly releases stress, which can be very bad to your growth potential. If you can swim 3-4 times a week it will be great.
Anyhow, don’t go out and buy those "wonder pills" that you can find anywhere online, they just don’t work and you will spend your money for nothing. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone called human growth hormone.
There are only few recommended programs that actually work and can help you growing taller naturally by 2-4 inches in just a couple of weeks.

All the best.
I wouldn’t recommend taking pills or shots or anything unatural to grow taller. I would stick to doing growing exercises that lengthen your spine. I dont think youre that short considering that your parents arent that tall in the first place.
The only things that stunt growth in our lifestyles can all be directed to just common sense if you have a lousy nutrition everyday, if you lack the proper/essential/beneficial foods to eat daily, it won’t necessarily stop you from growing, but it doesn’t exactly increase the chances, either. Also, lack of flexibility has shown to hinder more growth, as the muscle tissues around your growing bones may or may not be the most potentially stretched. Just in general, nothing really stunts growth, but simple things such as getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep (hormones levels are released during sleeptime, producing growth; also, to rebuild muscle and give energy), staying physically fit (cardio, aerobic/anaerobic variations), and simply staying active thoroughout the day is all a pathway to growth. If you really want to grow taller even after puberty then check this out http://www.howtogrowtallernaturally.com or http://www.growtallersupplements.net I heard about it on a health forum strangely enough. I tried it not expecting much since l am 27….and I have been using it for 3 Months and,l see 2 inches difference in my height already. it has worked really well for me. Some companys are now making already mixed versions, it works though there isn’t much for scientific evidence supporting the manufacturer’s claim, but it works, also my friend tried it and it really worked out well for her too.
