I am sorry to tell you the true, but I think that won’t happen.
Your height stop growing in around the age of 18.
If you lucky may grow till the age of 22 the most.
You may end up 5’8" or 5’9" nearly the most or less.
No matter how much exercise you do throughout the year.
My height I get in the age of 18 to 19(1.9cm)
My friends who get the best result(3cm).
My friends who get the least result(0.9cm)
But if you want try it out sport like basketball may help abit.
Jumping is another option.
Its based on your genetics. If your 18, you might still be growing. Once your about 22, I dont think you will be getting any taller after that. There are no exercises for getting taller. If you look at it from a different point of view, being short, you will be able to get a nice muscular body quicker than us taller people. Youll also have an easier time getting stronger.

Males usually stop growing at 18 so you may have reached your peak height already. Further growth after 18 is possible but uncertain.
