Increase Height?
I am 15 and have not grown in height for a month now. I go to the gym every day and I am athletic. Also I try to eat good. I was wondering if their are any stretches or exercises or ANYTHING else i can do to gain a few more inches? Thanks!

take growth hormone from a doctor
Okay, you’ve heard drinking milk makes your bones better, it could also help you to be taller too. And one more thing, I’ve learned that some people don’t get taller because they don’t sleep at least 7 or 8 hours a day. While you sleep, your bones are horizontal to eachother, and no weight are on them, so they will grow more, making you taller. Hope I’d helped!
Height is heavily determined by genetics. Growth is usually happens in spurts, so some months you may grow but others like you said not at all. You seem like a rather active person a dietary supplement which you can get at shopping centres or chemist sustagen may be added to your diet to provide enough nutrients for your body to grow as much as it can,
Stretching exercise: While doing resistance training stretches, you should aim to increase the secretion of human growth hormone. Human growth hormone is responsible for thickening the cartilage, making the bones denser and increasing your height. Hence it is important for you to make each and every stretch intense to increase your height.
The way to do this is to exercise intensely for at least 10 minutes to increase your chances of becoming taller. The intensity you adopt should be enough to lactate into your muscles that result in growing taller. The lactate will keep on secreting the growth hormone secretion once you have finished the exercise, while resting far beyond 24 hours.
