Is it possible for a short person to grow taller as an adult?
I was learning about growth hormones today, and was just wondering: Is that the only way for a person to grow (in height) after puberty? I know that during puberty, you dramatically grow the fastest, but I was curious about whether or not one can do something to grow as an adult, too. I was just asking because my friend and I were discussing this, and she said that she had heard of things that allowed people to grow "taller". Is that possible?

Not really, once you’ve hit about 24 you are done growing and start decaying.
Not that I’m aware of…not much way to get adult bones to grow longer/taller. I’ve heard of surgeries that helped increase people’s height, but outside of that as far as I know when you get to be an adult, you can grow horizontally but not vertically.
