is it possible to grow taller at 19 for a man?
is it possible for me to grow taller? i’m 19 years old but i look like i’m 15-16, i’m still a little shorter than my father and he thinks i can still grow but i don’t know man, it sucks to be short, so what do you think? is there still hope for me?

yes, my father went away in the Army during WW2 he was gone a year I think & when he left he was 5’2 but when he came back he was 5’8′ so he was 6 inches taller in a year so don’t worry I can’t remember if he was 21 or 23. Just don’t let it bother you if you are short. You create your life from within yourself so chose joy no matter how short or tall you are. Be happy if you have legs to stand on, Just count your blessings. If you know people who make you feel bad cause of your height they are showing you that you need to find better friends.

men can grow until they are 25 drink lots of milk and take calcium also it might be to late but if you are really concerned talk to your doc about hormone therapy which can help you to grow at least another inch or so
Chances are you are at your full height by the age of 19.
totally depends on the person. Some still get growth spurts until mid twenties. My brother grew a few inches after turning twenty.
uhh im 15 and almost 6 foot tall but i remember my dad said that he didnt really get taller till he was 19

your done growing but if you really want the height they have a sergery where they break your legs and attach a device to your legs so every month when your legs heal a little you stretch them out a bit so they heal which gives you height.
