Is it possible to grow taller when your a female and 17 ?
I’m wondering if there is any exercise, pill, medication, or just anything that would make me to grow taller. Everyone in my family is tall or average but I’m 5’2 and short, I want to be 5’5 or 5’6 at least any suggestions ?

people say your body stops growing around this time, but it’s been proven to be false, your bbody may not stop growing for another few years, so give it chance, you may have a sudden growth spurt! and i dont really think thers is anything to MAKE you grow. your body will do as it wishes unfortunatly.
I had stopped growing when I was 12, but then my sophomore year of college I grew another inch. So it’s definitely possible that you could grow a little bit more but probably not more than an inch or two.

There are many things that you can do to get taller, and the most important of these is doing stretches for your spine and legs. If you do these certain stretches you can see some good results.
The nice thing about these stretches is that they can be done first thing in the morning right when you get out of bed, they take only a few minutes, and they are good for your health in general. Here are a few to get you started:
* The Leg Stretch- Sit down on the floor with your legs spread as far apart as is comfortable. With one hand, reach for your toes on the same side of your body. Now with your other hand, reach for your other foot. If you can’t reach your feet comfortably, do as far down your leg as possible. The most important thing is to keep your spine straight and pivot from the hips, without arching your spine.
* The Bow Down- This one is exactly how it sounds. Stand upright with your hands on your hips. Keep them here throughout the exercise. Leading with your head, bend forward as far as possible. Keep your chin off of your chest and try not to bend your knees.
* The Yawn- Another simple but effective stretch. Think of your stretch when you get out of bed in the morning. Stand with your hands held together behind your neck, then look upward and back as far as possible.
Do them 10 times each for about 15 seconds each rep. Those should get you off to a good start. There are other factors involved though if you want to see faster growth. You need to also consider diet, supplements, and other exercises/stretches.
