Is it true that is you diet and do exercise you can get taller ?
I just recently visited my doctor and he told me that if I diet and do exercise I can grow taller . I’m 5.1-5.2 in height , and weight like 160 and I’m 15 years old , So is what he is saying true? cause I really want to get taller .

you have many many vertibras in your spine. These things compress a little bit if they are bearing weight. Say there are 16 vertibras in your spine, and each one compresses a 1/16th of an inch, this multiplies out to an inch ! This is just an example. So, if you lose weight, there is less weight bearing down on your spine while you are standing (or even sitting), so you will be taller.
It’s a known fact that people are longer when they lay down than they are tall when they stand. The reason is the spine is not compressed as much.
get a lot of sleep your growth hormones surge up when your asleep…but if its genetic i think there nothing we can do about that!!!good luck
