Is it true that you don't grow much taller after your period?
Someone told me that after you have your period, you won’t grow much more vertically. It’s about the right time for me to have my first period soon, and I’m not very tall… so is it true that the vertical growth process (growing taller
) will be slowed after your period? Or however you put it.

Well for me i started when i was 11. (4’11)
i stopped growing at about 13. (5’4)
but i recently squeezed out one more inch over the past 2 yrs so im 15 at 5’5
not necessarily. everyone is different.
I don’t know if that’s true but I did stop growing after 14 (around when my period started). I hit 5′ and never got any taller. Ha.
you know i started my period when i was in the 8th grade.. and i am not 24 and just with in the last year stopped growing.. it is not uncommon for you to reach your peak during puberty tho.. however after you reach your peak you can really start to slow down.. like in high school i jumped up to 6’2” and now im 6’3” and done growing you will notice when you start to slow down
Yes, that is true. You might be able to grow a few more inches, but your pretty much done now.
