well. i dont know about pills n i dont know how tall or fit u r in first place, but if u dont have n e exceptional health conditions , i will tell u what will make u taller, n that is to hang upside down by the ankles using inversion boots, n doing mild stretching exercises for 10 minutes a day would do it without n e problem.
reason why that would work is the musculature along spinal column would tone up, and actually causing the vertebrae to spread away from each other, intead of walking on your bones u would be walking on your muscles so to speak, maybe this will help , make a fist look at your clenched fingers imagine them being vertebrae, now if u were to spread your fingers u can see the expansion. It’s the muscles that keep the vertebrae apart along the spinal column. that exercise will tone you up quickly because they r short radii muscles.
but its a life time program, cause gravity will get u if u don’t keep it up!
there r harmones which have many side effects. by the way u r 2 inches taller to me
I dint know I wish there was though I’m almost 21 and I’m the same height as you I heard about some surgery where they break your legs and put some kind of adjustable clamp that spreads apart your leg bones over a period of time though In the mean time if you do find pills that make you taller let me know
i once had a friend who take fish oil pills. i asked him one day what are those for. according to him, it’s for making him grow taller. at the time, he was considerably short for a guy. but don’t take my word, though. i’m not really sure if it works or not.
I wouldnt know…But u stop growing apparently wen u’re like 22 or somethin, so u still have some time left…I know people that have had big growth spurts at the age of 19…I was 5’6" wen i was 17, im now 19 and 5’8" or somethin…I used to be super consious about it, but wen u start to believe in urself more, u start to not care about it anymore.
I really dont think you should even worry, be happy that you are that tall, im 17, and im 5 foot even! so I really dont think you should be complaining.
