Girls usually stop growing at 15 so you can expect to grow for another 2 years. You should grow at least another 2 inches and hopefully it will be at least 4 inches.

Plenty of protein (meat, eggs and milk), calcium (milk) and zinc (red meat, oysters, mussels and nuts) will help your potential growth and a deficiency can stunt it.

Under eating can also stunt your growth.

You are only 13. Surely you will grow taller. You will still have growth spurt. Just do maximum to exploit your genetical growth potencial. See this - http://www.squidoo.com/growtall for tips how to do it.
