   Once your growth plates have closed further growth is no longer possible. Whilst your growth plates are still open further growth is possible.

   if u don’t masterbate and drink raw eggs. Protiens helps bone grow to their natural limits. Being small is usually good you can build muscle easier and you could be a fast small target in a fight but other then that sorry that sucks . Good luck
