Many people say it’s good to hang to increase height, but will this make my arms considerably long?
I’m 14 years old and I hang to increase my height but I am scared my arms will start becoming too long. Will this happen?

Hanging doesn’t increse height, it merely hyperextends the spine, which in the long run weakens it.
Your spine is meant to be spaced at certain tolerances, extending it can cause severe curvature, disc problems etc.
LOL !
When you hang upside down you basically stretch your spinal cord to it’s full length but only temporarily while you are inverted and for a very short time afterwards. But throughout the day while standing again on your two feet you will return back to your original height as pressure again pushes down on your spinal cord. You physically cannot be taller permanently than what you currently are….face it this is the way things work.
