My back sometimes cracks when i do sit-up? i want to grow taller?
everyday, i would do 100 sit up and 50 push up, and after that, i would do stretching exercise such as the cobra, super cobra which fully stretch my spinal column, however i find that after doing these stretching exercise, then when i do the sit-up a few days after, my back seems to crack whenever i come down ? is this gonna affect/ stunt my growth? also what can i do to increase my height i’m 17 and 178 cm, i wanna be 184 cm

First of all, you need to give your muscles time to heal. Working the same muscles every day is a good way to hurt yourself. I can’t explain the back cracking, but it could (possibly) be due to a lack of fluid. Drinking water may help.
As for the height question, that is mostly determined on a genetic level. Eating a healthy diet and cutting back on caffeine, sugar, etc. has been shown to slightly increase growth in teenagers., but you may just have to deal with being a little shorter than you would like. Growth in males can continue into the early 20s.
You dn’t have to worry about stunting your growth because you are done growing…. So no you won’t grow anymore.
