I’ve heard of elevator music but never elevator shoes. I have have orthopedics in my shoes to make me taller. I had no idea that there was such a big market for people to want to look taller. I thought that people simply bought shoes for a purpose to walk in or for fashion.

If you are a female, then you could try wearing a wedge type shoe. They usually add around three or four inches. It has a pretty thick sole so I think they probably cause less net pain to the ankles and feet than a traditional high heel shoe. Of course, I have zero experience wearing them, so this is just a guess.
