please tell me how I can grow taller?
I am just now starting to grow, im 5,5 and at this time last year I was 5,0. I am a 13 year old boy almost 14 and I really want to be 6,3 when I grow up. Do you have any tips on how I can grow taller? Also is my goal to be 6,3 reasonable?

Just eat healthy, sleep, drink water, and exercise. Otherwise, it is the fate of genetics.
Mostly eat your veggies! broccoli and carrots help you grow. and sometimes if your family members are tall you’ll inherit that gene…..but if you have short older family members you’ll more likely not to be that tall.
Eat vegetables, lift weights a lot and eat protein and calcium (supplementing protein synthesis) and dream big. And if you lift weights and turn out short, your muscles will be more compact and your ripped bod will make up for the shortness.

-skip rope (100 time daily)
-do stretching exercise (20 mins daily)
-eat proper food(add more fruits and veggies to your diet)
-hang @ monkey bars(5-10 mins then take a break for 30 second and hang again) <– this hanging thing i a really good thing to grow taller cos when you hang, it stretches your body,

Well, you need to drink like 4 glasses of milk each day, eat plenty fruit & vegetables, plenty proteins, plenty water, get 8.5 hours of sleep each night, exercise 4 – 5 times a week, take time to chill, and dont take drugs nor smoke.. me & most of my male friends stoped growing at around 20 – 22 but one of my cousins smoked cigarettes since he was 14 (adicted since 15) and after the age of 17 he didnt grow at all, leaving him at 1.82/6′0 (pretty tall, i know, specially knowing that his dad is 1.77/5′10 and smoked aswell since his teenage years, but i think my cousin could have reached 6′2 or 6′3 if he hadnt been a smoker)

you should do jumpropes everyday for about 20 minutes nonstop. that should help you grow quite a lot in a short amount of time. or you should play basketball. sports//activities that involve jumping make you grow taller. also you have to sleep before 10 p.m. sleeping early & eating a balanced diet will make you grow taller.
