HAHA you’re 5.5 now?
You can go through a gorwth spurt, but honestly I don’t think you can get any taller than 5’8”

if your parents aren’t tall you’ll probably not be tall

Just eat healthy, sleep, drink water, and exercise. Otherwise, it is the fate of genetics.

Mostly eat your veggies! broccoli and carrots help you grow. and sometimes if your family members are tall you’ll inherit that gene…..but if you have short older family members you’ll more likely not to be that tall.

Eat vegetables, lift weights a lot and eat protein and calcium (supplementing protein synthesis) and dream big. And if you lift weights and turn out short, your muscles will be more compact and your ripped bod will make up for the shortness.
