I heard that their is special excersices done to grow taller.
And are there any pills for this?
im 14 and 5ft 1in.

Yes, there are stretching excersises but at this age you don’t need to worry about getting taller. You are still growing.

I’m 25 and 5ft 1in.
Trust me, if there was, I’d be all over it. But in the end, it’s like everyone says.. eat your fruits and veggies and take your vitamins. My mom grew up in a country where there wasn’t a lot nourishment like we have here in the US, so she is short… As a kid, she forced me to eat my vitamins and veggies. It must have worked.. I’m a few inches taller than her as an adult.
Swimming helps you look more slender though…if that helps.
I am sure but i would say yo uare stil lgrowing alittle bit. i was aronud tha theight 5’1 since I was 12 years old to 15 years old, and then i started to grow some more.
