I saw it in a pharmacy and it says that it boosts your growth hormones when you wear it and there are special excersises to it. I’m 14 1/2 and i’ve never had a growth sprt but my mom and dad are average ans im 4’11 ,I was wondering if I wore these shoes will i ever have my growth spurt/ P.S I have a thyroid problem so i think i didnt grow b\c of it.
