I’m a guy, I am 19 years old and I’m 5′4

My parents are around the same height, so I doubt I will get any taller.

Sometimes I wonder why my mom had to marry a a guy who’s shorter than the average guy, but not much I can do about that, nor would I ever dare say anything about that as I realize that would be wrong/rude/etc. But someone with English, Irish, Dutch and French heritage should be at least 6′0+

I am willing to do ANYTHING, ANYTHING to get taller. So I’m considering leg lengthening surgery, which is extremely painful and recovery can be up to a year, but I’m willing to do it. I looked it up and insurance will cover it. Problem is that supposedly some places won’t do it for people who are above 5′0, so I’m wondering if I’d even be allowed to do it?

I’m also wondering if other people would look down on me for doing it? Do you think it’s a good idea? Please be honest, thanks.

My posture is quite bad, but I always sit up straight now, in hopes of correcting it

I want to grow taller, by 10cm/4inches. Is this even possible?
How do would I do it?

No herbal supplements or anything

I just want to know of good exercises to do to grow taller (and possibly good food) by 4inches or even 2inches

ill be 19 years old this coming up saturday july 31st and i heard boys grow until they are 21 years old and my dad side witch i am on is 5′10 to 6′6 and my mom side is 4′11 to 5′5 and i was wondering since im on the 5′10 to 6′6 side will i get taller i wanna be 6′6 or 6′2 atleast im only like 5′4 to 5′6 right now and i weigh 141 to 143 pounds and how can i get grow to be 6′2 to 6′6 taller and my growth spurt not even shooting me up taller and i want it to shoot me up to 6′2 to 6′6 tall help me i hate my shortness.

Well. Im a 5.4 tall or should i say short male, im soon 19 years old, And done growing, checked with the docs. i got a fairly handsome face and ive had 2 girlfriends in my entire life. got my first when i were 17. I like to think that’s because i was fairly fat (240lbs) until i decided to do something about it at the age of 16, were done at 17. Now i weight around 108lbs. Guess that’s a little to thin but im working on it, so ive basically been in the dating game for real for about 2 years, When it comes to my personality. Well im a guy with tons of humor, allot of people tell me that i should be a stand up comedian or something. Im pretty sarcastic and got a somewhat negative view on allot of things, but i express that in a somewhat humorous way. I like to think that im a fairly Intelligent guy, and im overall nice to others. And i do not really have a chip on my shoulders because of my height yet. One day like 1 month ago i came across this article about how short guys get a raw deal when it comes to dating and that were less attractive if attractive at all, Also that we might get lesser paid in jobs and lesser chance for promotion regardless of our education, I took that with a grain of salt at first but then my curiosity kicked in and i started to do research on the subject, and to my dismay there is a hell of a lot of those articles. Short people. Mainly males ranging from 5.1-5.8 whines about it on forums, i could go on. But the wall of text is large enough as it is,

So to all you women out there and men that knows something about this, Am i really that screwed when it comes to dating? Are *shrimps* at my height really seen as unnattractive?
If a shorter fella should read this, it aint that many of us
Are we really having a harder time getting jobs/promotions? and do we really get lesser paid?

im 19 years old and im 5 flat. im the shortest in the family. i dont believe that there is no more chance for me to grow tall since my younger brothers have gone 5′8 up and my older sister is like 5′3 or 5′4. there are herbal products that says can make you grow taller even if you’re 20 up but is kind of expensive and requires 8 hours of sleep.
