Hi, I am living in Ellicott City, Maryland. This summer, a large leaf plant automatically appeared in the front of my garage (see the picture of this plant by clicking the following link)

It grows very fast (> 3 feet tall within a month) while some nearby grass turn yellowish because of the extreme heat and sunburn. Does anyone know the name of that plan?
