My mom is constantly bugging me to grow and buys a bunch of Korean herbal medicine and says they help me grow taller. She also tells me to shovel down breakfast, lunch, and dinner as fast as I can. Does eating food really fast help you grow taller? Maybe you receive your nutrients faster or something?
Say finishing a meal in 10 minutes as opposed to finishing a meal in 20 minutes as an example?
How much taller will I grow?
My parents were 5 foot 8 and 5 foot 7 when they were married. I was born 22.5 inches long and I’m 5 days from being 18 years old now and I am now 5 foot 9 (five foot nine). I took ritalin when I was young until I was 13. I jog 5 miles every day. I’m 170 pounds. My feet are both 11.5 inches long. I eat regularly, breakfast, lunch and dinner (I eat a variety of meats and vegetables, 5 pounds of food on average). I have 6 percent body fat. One more fact: I got my height measured by the doctor and she said that I grew 1/2 of an inch taller in 3 months.
