I’m 14 years old and about 5′3. I know there isnt any magic potion that can make me grow an extra couple inches, but I was wondering if there are any streches, exercises or foods I can eat to increase my chance of growing taller? and if so how long will each take to start working?
I’m also a very athletic person and eat healthy on a regular basis.

It is my brothers birthday next week and I wanted to buy him the soles or shoes that increase height. He is 5′ 7 and always wanted a couple inches extra to make him a bit more confident.

Im 13 – 5′7 & 165 pounds. Im really tall already, I know. Hah, & you guys are the only people Ive told my weight to (because I dont know you of course :p) but anyways..Im a few pounds over weight for my height. My doctor and everyone else think Im going to be 5′11 by age 15..I just want to grow a couple inches soon because Ive havent grown AT ALL since I was about 11. I am male, I turned 18 a few weeks ago, and I am about 5′4-5′5. My father I would estimate is a couple inches taller than me, and his father is about the same height as me.
