I want to model for delia’s and abercrombie (american eagle,ect.) when I’m 18-21 years old. I’m 15 right now, and I’m still growing and getting taller and eventually more woman-like. I’m a rather small 15 year old. My dad is 6’2 and my mom is 5’4 and they both think I’ll get to 5’6.

I have: Brown eyes, natural golden brown hair (mom doesn’t allow me to dye/highlight it), its naturally wavy but it gets really straight when I straighten it. I’m Californian/Costa Rican/Cherokee with some irish. I tan very easily in the summer, however my skin can get fair in the winter. I also have braces that I’m getting off next week.

the Pictures below were not professionally taken. I took them with my digital camera w/ my friend. the first 3 I took with out styling my hair or wearing makeup. I wanted to take some naturally because I don’t want to feel like I’m lying about my face with make up. I feel way better when I do where it but I am who I am & if I’m ugly w/ out make up then I just have to except that. The others with makeup; I wore mascara, eyeliner, I HATE foundation. I wore it 8th grade for like a month. It was to cakey and I just didnt like the way it felt. The most I use is blush. I try and keep my skin as clean as I can by washing it every night.

Okay, I’m currently just turned 16 in june, and I’m a fluent weightlifter. I’m 5’4 I have been lifting weights since I was 14. My dad’s 5’10, mom is 5’4, little brother that 12 5’0, and my oldest brother is 6’1. So is there anyway that I can my myself taller and don’t give me that genetic crap because every male on my mother side of the family is over 6 feet and the men on my dad side are not short but only my brother and one of my uncles is over 6 feet, the other is 5’7, but my grandpa was over 6 feet and my dad was 5’10 since he was 13, he stunt his growth because of an illness, so should stop lifting weights, but I’m at 215 on my bench and really not considering that, so is there anyway you guys can help me out a little.

do u know if its true that when u lift weights, ur height will also shrink? my parents won’t let me touch any kind of weights in fear of me shrinkin my height. i am 16 yrs old and 5"7". i am already taller than my dad. but will i grow shorter or is this the stupidest thing u have ever heard? most of my friends seem fine and they are gaining muscle mass like crazy. well if i do grow short from weights, can’t i just use dumbles? aren’t dumbles fine? i really need a suggestion on this one guyz. i weigh 125 pounds and i’ve been weighing the same 4 the past 2 years. what should i start w/? where should i start? how shoudl i start? should i drink a lot of protein shakes? do maybe a lot of pushups? i already have a 6 pax naturally cause i used 2 do crunches. should i start of with pull ups? help!!!!!! i have no idea what the hell i am going 2 do!! plz b considerate, i have never lifted weights b4 so i am not to fimiliar w/ it. if u have more suggestions then b sure 2 email me @ wolverene989

I’m 5’2” and 14 years old. I haven’t had my growth spurt yet. My dad is 5’9” and my mom is 5’4”. The tallest female in my family would be my aunt, who’s 5’7”. My sister is 16 and about an inch shorter than me. What are some supplements (not scams!) or things I could do to grow a few more inches? I’ve heard about royal jelly, does that work?

k im 5.8 my shoe size is 12. my dad is 5.10 my mom is 5.6 but i have 3 uncles who are 6 footers. is there any chance ill grow taller?

I’m 16, still think I am growing and I want to grow to my tallest potential! My Dad is 6’3" while my Mom is 5’3". I’ve taken after my Dad in about everything, metabolism, looks, etc. and I’d also like to take after him in height. I’ve already exceeded my Mother’s height, I am 5’5", and I’d like to be at least 5’8" by summer. I am going to be in New York and I want to go to a modeling agency! I’ve been told I have the face, just not the height.
So please, ANY and ALL info you have on growing taller is much appreciated!

Ok so Im only 13 years old 5 foot 8 1/2 and 160 pounds. Im just naturally tall, i was tall when i was in like every grade. I already developed hair (like pit hair and stuff.) My friends always told me im gunna stop growing soon. My mom is 5’4 and my dad is 5’10. Can anyone tell me from 13 years old to when they think ill stop growing. for example (13- 18 etc.)

Should i be scared about this? What age will i actually get bigger and more muscular?
And does every stage of a males puberty involve them growing.

Well, I’m a girl. I’m in 8th grade, got my period in 5th. My doctor told me I probably would never grow. BOY was she wrong! I’m so happy I’m growing! Just a few weeks ago, my feet got bigger by a full shoe size. Then I grew a bit taller, and I still am. I drink a lot of milk every day now, and am trying my best to eat healthier. My school makes me exercise super hard and I love just running/playing sports or whatnot everyday anyway! I also love stretching, so I also do that too. I’m really getting good sleep in now also. I sleep at 8 and wake up at about 5:30 naturally. So 9 and a half hours of sleep. You think there’s any more (haha, as if I don’t have enough!) ways to increase my potential? When my mom was younger, she had a size 8. She’s 5’5". My feet are almost size 9 and a half now. So maybe that means I’ll grow taller than her? I mean, my older brother grew taller than my dad. My older sister, I think, maybe neglected what she did/does since she’s 18 and only 5’2" and a half, and I’m just growing haha. For my race my family is pretty tall. Sooo.. you think there would be any more I can do or am I doing just fine? Thanks!

from 1st to 3rd grade i was a little under average height. also i was a little chunky. through those grades i grew normally. but once third grade was over, that summer i grew about 6 inches. in 4th grade i was about 5 6. at the end of the grade i was 5 8.then in 5th grade i probably grew a half inch or so. but in the middle of 6th grade i was 6ft tall and weighed 200lbs. i had started basketball and wrestling that year. i wasnt fat at all. was in great shape. i have never been one of those tall lanky kids.in 7th grade i was 6 1 and 6 2 weighing about 215lbs. 8th grade i was about 6 3, 220 lbs. now i am a freshman and im 6 5 and weigh 240lbs. im a little chunky. my shoe size is 16 mens. ( kevin garnett has a size 15 and he is about 6 11-7ft ) my dad is 6 1. my mom is 5 10.5. my dad is the tallest on his side. and he tallest on my moms side is 6 4. i am taller than that and im barely 15. i have never really worked out. always been naturally strong. also i eat better than most kids.

Now I’m 14, barely at 5’3". I’ve been this tall for around 2 years. All my cousins on my dad’s side grew super-duper tall when they hit high school (they’re all guys). My dad is 5’8" and my mom is 5’5" and 1/2. Well #1, is there any chance a miracle growth spurt would happen and I would hit 5’9". Or… I’ve heard there are exercising and eating tips that can help you gain a few inches. Is it crazy? Or are there any other ideas?

My hands are small but I’m taller then people who are really short and have way bigger hands then me. I’m pretty sure I’m not going to have small hands forever (maybe because I am not fully developed yet). My boobs aren’t even big (maybe because I am naturally underweight and don’t eat much?). I am 15 and got my periods last year only. My mom is shorter then me but I am a head taller then her and she has bigger hands then me.

Im very short girl according to other people who are the same age as me. Im in 9th grade and im 14 years old. Im 4’8. I come from a very short parents. My mom is around 5’0, and my dad is around 5’3. I really wanna grow tall. A lot of people recommended for me to go see endocrinologist including my health teacher. I’ve known a guy who grew taller by seeing endocrinologist. Would that be a good option? What do that do that makes you grow taller?

Ok, this is the situation for me.

I’m 16 years old, (Just turned 16) and i’ve just really gotten into football. I’m only 5"3 and 105.4 lbs. I’m naturally flexible because for one, I was in gymnastics for 3 years at a younger age and placed number one in my state on bars, and 2nd all around. I also get it from my mom because she was a gymnast and still teaches it. I’m not trying to be cocky, but I’m pretty fast for how tall I am, I can keep up speed with our 6 foot wide reciever on our team. Since i’m not big enough to actually play football. I’ve been learning how to be explosive and what kind of techniques to use and train. I watch football and all I pay attention to are the running backs. My favorite running backs are Adrian Peteson, and Marcus Jones Drew. I really think they’re great, with quick agility and speed. I’m willing to train/practice and eat more healthy to be able to be our school’s running back next season. I have about 8 months and 2 weeks to both grow and train, because tryouts are in August.
So could someone give me advice on how to grow, and what/how I should practice. I plan to join weight lifting and track before football season, and I have my own bench press at home. I’m really dedicated and I know this is what I want. Also, what should my goal weight/height be, and what is the lowest weight/height I could be and make the team. Thanks guys.

am 14 years old 5’6 and my mom is 5’10 and dad 6’1 and my uncle is 6’4. I grew a lot before I got my period and I had grown 1in or less after my period but haven’t grown in over a year. I have only gotten my period 5 times in 2 years. Will I still grow more? Also I got my period 1 1/2 months before I turned 13. Do you think I will grow more? I also have been eating 1000 calories since I was 12 now I am trying to eat a little more like 1200 calories. I also want to be a model so I really want to be tall. I would like to be at least 5 foot 3 and a half before I stop growing. I really want to grow. I weigh 104, 16 years old in 2 months, and im 5 foot 1 and a half. So I would like to grow 2 inches by the time im 16, which is two months. I f not possible can you tell me how to grow faster the fastest natural way. My doctor says ill stop growing around the time my dad did, and he stopped growing when he was 16 and 3/4. And I also want to know how to gain muscle. Im a track runner trying to improve my mile time but thats not my case. I want to gain muscle in my biceps and triceps so that when I put on the sweaters from banana republic(yes, the small fits me) the sleeves don’t look that loose. I see normal guys putting on sweaters and their sleeves are good cus of their muscle. Please tell me a diet for gaining muscle in biceps and triceps, workouts that won’t stunt growth(I do not feel comftorable bench pressing, i will use dungbells like once every two weeks), and please tell me how to grow 2 inches before my time runs out. Another thing, sorry if its too much info but I don;t believe in that 2-3 times a week workouts, i think thats too slow. I normally workout my biceps and triceps every day for like 30 min.
