I’m 15 years old, and I’m 5’2" (157 cm) and I am pescatarian which means I eat fish but no other meat. I am concerned about my height, I am one of the shortest people in my year. Family from my dad’s side are ALL tall. Very, very tall. Then there is my mum’s side, they are avererage-ish and short. Is it possible that I grow taller than 5’5? I feel like I stopped growing, I’ve been 5’2 since I was 13! I also hate my height because I look chubby even though I naturally eat less than most people do.

I need your opinions and maybe some help in any way?

Now I am 18 years old and my height is 180.2cm. I am not sure whether I have an opportunity to increase leg length. Is it too late for me to make my leg grow longer? My leg is not as long as my body. I have been drinking milk, eating chicken and fish daily. I am trying my best to increase leg length but I cannot help it. I am very sad and I do not know what to do. Im 13.5 and im 6 ft 2 inches. I wanna be really tall like 7 foot. my doctor said i’ll be anywhere from 6 ft 6 to 6 ft 9. But i really wanna make 7 feet. What can i do to get taller naturally. I already do stretches and have become vegetarian (studies shows they grow on average 2 inches taller than meat eaters)

No actually your wrong. my pediatrician is # 1 is maryland. you can get protien from things other than meat( peanut butter,nuts,seeds,shakes). I thinki trust her more than a "used to be" pediatricion

My kids are 9 and 7. it seems like they are growing slowly. I wonder what specific vitamin to give them to help them grow taller. They were of average height and weight when they were younger, but now, specially my 9 yr. old son, seems to grow slow. They usually eat vegetables and fish, and just small amount of meat, drinks soya most of the time than milk. Am I giving them right kinds of food?

I’m 16 and I’m like 4’10-5’0 and my mom is like 4’5 and my dad is something like 5’6 maybe. I’m the shortest in my class and when we were young there were like 5 kids who have the same height (me included) and now I’m the only one know who’s short. They are like 5’3-5’5 now. I am really depressed about this. I was even shocked when we had our sem break. My classmate was 5’5 and in 1 week he gained 1 inch. He said he just slept and eat. How could I attain there height? I heard that by eating certain foods you can grow taller. What are some foods like that I can eat? Or is there something else I can do to grow taller. I am currently 5 foot 2, 157 cm. I want to grow taller. Do you know what I can do or eat?
PS: Please keep in mind I am a vegetarian, with the occasional exception of fish.
