I am 17 years old and I am 6 foot tall and i was wondering if i can still grow 2-4 more inch’s in height. I am going to turn 18 soon and i am going to be playing sports in college. I have tall genes in my family as my mothers uncle was 7 foot tall and her cousin’s are 6 foot 8 and 6 foot 10. My father also has tall people over 6 foot in his family. I work out with weights and i eat alot and a lot of protein rich foods and take protein supplements and a little creatine once in a while. I also drink lots of milk at-least 4 classes a day. I heard I-GF1 or HGH can make you taller is that true. Can i Still grow naturally.

Hi, i’m a 15 year old school teenager and is only 5ft 7 (170cm) at the moment! I weight 55kg (121lb). Am i underweight? I have been going on a diet since 2 months ago and have lost 13kg. Its true, will this affect my height growth? And people always go on about height being in the ‘genes.’ Apparently, i asked my doctor and this is only 50% true. How can i grow taller? What is my recomended caloric intake for the day?

Height at age 11-12: 4 foot ten, 13 yrs: 5′4 14 yrs:5′6-5′7
Shoe size: 12 inches
Dad: 5′11…..almost 6 ft when he was at his peak(my dad has smaller shoes than I do)
Mom: 5′3
My dad has soso genes…..he was the tallest among his siblings but he had taller uncles and granddads
My mom has tall genes……
My cousins on her side (age 16-20) are almost all 5′11-6′1……..basically I just have two cousins on her side who went under 6 ft. Tall relatives and such
I’m kinda late in my puberty…I’m just starting to get body hairs…almost none at the moment..I don’t shave yet….I have like 3 hairs on each of my arm pit…but I have pubic hairs though….no acnes………minimal leg hair…no arm hair.
My brother though didn’t get pat 5′9..he remained the same height since he was 17…..he got very sick and almost died because of lung problems caused by drinking and smoking……I’m kinda taller than him now…….he’s 21 now.

I’m 15 this year and i’m 5′10
My mum and dad aren’t that tall. I play basketball all the time i know genes are important but i don’t care i still wanna grow taller. At least 6 Ft would be the best. I drink Milk everyday weekdays before i go to school but sometimes i skip on weekends. Please please advice me what should i do. I don’t always get 8 hours of sleep because of school and homework. Most of the time 6 hours++ sometimes even lesser than that when i’m stressed out.

i was just wondering if there were any SAFE ways to effectively grow a bit taller during teen years… i am really into basketball, and was wondering how many of the stars are so tall (dont tell me that it was ALL because of genes, that cant be right). for example, a bball player on our school team grew nearly 4 inches between his junior and senior years… he was like 6′4" his senior year.

I’m 16 right now but I’ll be 17 in a month. I’m only 5′4 but I’m really hoping to grow a few inches or at least one or two inches! My mother is very tall, she’s 5′9 or 5′10 and I think my dad is pretty average and he’s around 5′8 or 5′7 I think so I’m not sure if it’s in my genes to be as tall as them.

My ideal height is 5′6 and yes I know I have a couple years left to grow but compared to my friends who are my age they’re at least 5′4.
