I’ve just turned 15 two months ago, and I’m at 1.57 – 1.58. Problem is, I really want to grow just a few inches taller, preferably to my maximum height, but I want to tone myself down. My upper body is okay, but my butt and my thighs are massive. Apparently, it’s genetics, but I still want to tone them down properly and grow taller.

So I just wanted to know: is there anything I can do to grow taller to my max height naturally, like by playing sport? And how do I tone my lower body properly?
P.S. The measurements for my height are in metres. Just to clear up a bit :)

My brother and I are (brother) 6`0 and (myself) 5`1. He is 17 and I am 13. We would both like to grow taller. For some reason we want to be 6`4. Is there any way to grow taller naturally? Or is it just genetics?

im 15. i’m 5′ 6". i would like to be at least around 5′ 10" – 6′ but i know genetics is pretty much the only way ill get that tall and considering the fact that im already taller than both of my parents, it’s gonna be really hard. im taller than my dad by 3" and my mom by around 4"-5".
i dont drink much caffeine of soda at all. i exercise daily by going to the gym or occasionally jogging about 6 miles. i do lift weights and i know that people say it stunts your growth but i want to for sports next year. please any advice to grow taller? i dont have to grow fast but just gradually.

I am 175cm, or 5 feet and 7.4 inches tall at the age of 14 years old. I plan to reach at least 195 cm by the time I am 18.

I'm 12 and i'm about 5ft 2.5 inches.
It seems like i'm not growing anymore…
Though i grow like 3 inches each year, it's like i don't grow anymore!
I want to know how to grow taller…
And for some reason it looks like i got fatter though I'm the same weight and height…
I've heard that you have to like have a good sleep, or drink milk, exercising, and your genetics.
But i don't know which is correct so i'm just like…i don't really know what to do.
