Yesterday, i was off for a stroll with my gf, when a bunch of chipmunks attacked us. I was just a minor threat for them. Not even a threat. So i want 2 b ready. I am 13, 155 cm, 81 lbs. So how do i increase my height?
See, i’m 16 about to be 17 this coming up september. and i’m only 5’4 or 5’5. And i look so stupid and it really feel lame… plus my gf can’t wear high heels other wise she would be taller then me… Any is there anyone that can give me hope, advice, etc? (btw, my dad is 5’7 or 5’6 and my mom is 5’3)
I’m 14 and my height is 3’8, my GF is taller than me and it’s our prom this year, please give some tips on how to grow taller even just an inch, I don’t like the answers that says Wear a 3 inched spiked shoes or something like that.

my mom is 5’4, and my dad is 5’7 (told me he didnt stop growing till he was 19)
is it possible for me to grow naturally with age (till 19 or 21?)
is it possible for me to still take Human growth hormones (HGH) and other kinds of supplements
i know im not done growing yet and im sure that i will see a change when taking HGH
I havent grown since I 16 and dont ever remember hitting a growth spurt
my goal is 5’7 (my gf is 5’5!!! come one)

I’m 16 and I’m like 4’10-5’0 and my mom is like 4’5 and my dad is something like 5’6 maybe. I’m the shortest in my class and when we were young there were like 5 kids who have the same height (me included) and now I’m the only one know who’s short. They are like 5’3-5’5 now. I am really depressed about this. I was even shocked when we had our sem break. My classmate was 5’5 and in 1 week he gained 1 inch. He said he just slept and eat. How could I attain there height? Our JS Prom is coming up fast and I need to grow taller, my gf is even taller me like 1 inch, I really need to grow taller in a few months or I’m the smallest in all of our year levels. I really need help. I Only want to gain height naturally.
Thx Guys, I will stretch everymorning when I wake up. And I do cycling everymorning too like 10-20 minutes. I hope I can search for yogurt here. And Yeah I eat fish but not too much I get like half of the fish.
