Ok so I’m 13 and I’m going to go into grade 9. I’m not gonna tell you my weight cus you’re gonna be like omg you’re anorexic. But I’m not. See during the holidays I’ve put on some weight on my face and arms and there are only 15 days till school starts. Im not gonna diet or anything, because I don’t want to worry my mother. But I was talking to this girl the other day and she was like she’s grown taller and it makes her look really thin, though I’ve also grown but that girl is naturally thin and I’ve put on weight. And she’s the kinda girl to say it right on your face. Anyywayyyyy, I wanna just tone up my stomach, face and arms.I don’t wanna get like mega thin, just TONE up. Ok so any exsercising tipss? =/ and even if it’s a bit of a diet, I wouldn’t mind. Sorry for the long ass details. But pleaseeeeeee help . Pwease :D

All the guys in my class are like, shorter than me! And most in grade 10 are as well.
Im in grade 9 and I like a guy in my grade ( I dont think he likes me :/ )
But he is shorter than me (I wouldnt reject him if he asked me out though)
Im just wondering if these guys are gonna grow taller this summer lol.
We are in the age range of 14 and 15.

Now i am 19 years,165cm tall, I am male,,,,,,,,,,,,

Is sexual activity/musterbation has bad effect on growth hormones and resist talling < knowing that i started musterbation when i was in grade 9 and i was 15 years old > ? If musterbation has bad effect on growth what should i do to stop it because I Adicted it ?
