I think I’m gonna do this to get taller, then I can play in the NBA.
This won’t be easy, I have to do rehab and stuff. I think this will really work.
I am very concerned about of my height. I am only 4 foot 9 , 83 pounds, shaves legs, shaves armpits, 32A bra, vegetarian, and my parents are short, but I just want to know how I can grow! I got my period on July 7, 2010, and only have gotten 5 sense. . . . I don’t get cramps and I only get a pimple every 2 months.
Could I have a low amount of hormones?
Why?????
1.) Are at least a whole head taller than me or more
2.) Only about 3 are the same heightt as me
3.) I don’t get cramps and all my other friends do
4.) I don’t get manypimple/zits(only about 1 every 2 months)
5.) I don’t get many periods.

I’m turning eighteen this week. I am 5’9" and I weigh 120 lbs.
I’ve been gaining about 5 lbs a year since my puberty started, while I was growing two inches per year.
I’m naturally underweight. I was actually born underweight. I was born 6 lbs., but I was slightly taller than the average 6 pounded baby. I’m not unhealthy. I hardly ever get sick. The only problem I have has to do with my digestive system, but that’s hereditary and none of my past family members were underweight as well.
I’ve been reading articles that said that even if you are naturally underweight, you should go see a doctor so that they can make you gain more weight. Is that a health suggestion, or is that just trying to make me conform to the societal norm?
So, is being naturally underweight an unhealthy thing?
Ok eveyone I am 16 years old and I am 47kgs and i am like very weak for my age. I get tired very soon when I swim. I cannot work much it jus that i get tired very soon. What can I do to increase my strength? And yea I have 5"6" height well its normal for my country but I am still short if i compare to tennagers of other countries so what can I do to increase my height?? Ok i will be waiting for answers.
ok no no my health is fine. the main problem of mine is i dont get time because of my school to f\do all those extra exersises my school is 12 hours a day and 5 hours are for homeworks so i jus need an easiaer way to increase my streangth. so that i can work well. so that i can be active like others and do not get very tired soon.
He is now 11 months and he stands 34" at shoulders. Is he going to grow more taller now? Please give me some tips on his diet.
I right now feed him on home cooked food. Giving him flour malt + milk thrice a day. ( mixed flour of brown rice, jowar, wheat, few other pulses ) AND I FEED HIM CHICKEN once in three days.
Please let me know if the commercial food(packed) have any significance in huis growth. But as far as his health is concerned……he is doing great, but i think if i switch him to red meet , he will improve his fur coat condition better.

I am male, I turned 18 a few weeks ago, and I am about 5’4-5’5. My father I would estimate is a couple inches taller than me, and his father is about the same height as me.
Is there a chance I will keep growing until I’m about 20 or so, and maybe reach a more acceptable height of 5’6 or 5’7?
Or what ways are there to increase height naturally. I don’t really want to spend money on stupid scams selling watered down chemicals on the internet. Are there any certain exercises or procedures I should perform daily to improve my height?
I recently turned vegetarian, so my diet is much healthier than ever before, I eat stacks of veges every day, one fruit a day, and always drinking water. I don’t know how my health could be responsible…
