i want to be taller and i know its a long term kind of thing, also genetics, i have the patience to do this clean and simple like naturally.
how do i get more hormones in my body
what food should i eat
what sport should i do
how many hours of sleep should i get
btw i am 15 and 5’9 if thats useful

here’s our family’s heights:

mother (46 years old): 5’0
father (48 years old) : 5’8
sister (21 years old) : 5’5
brother (17 years old): 5’10 1/2
youngest ME (13 years old): 5’1

look, i’m only 5’1 and i weigh 97 lbs or 44 kgs. (i’m a female, ok)
i don’t sleep early and i always don’t have enough sleep since i was 11 years old. now, i’m trying to sleep early and today, i slept 8:00pm and woke up at 6:00am. i had 10 hours of sleep. i’m trying to have enough sleep because maybe it will be one of the ways for me to grow tall. my sister and brother are tall and i’m the only one who is a small. even my feet is small. my shoe size is 36. do you think i will still grow taller than i am now? i’m in third year highschool.

Well, I’m a girl. I’m in 8th grade, got my period in 5th. My doctor told me I probably would never grow. BOY was she wrong! I’m so happy I’m growing! Just a few weeks ago, my feet got bigger by a full shoe size. Then I grew a bit taller, and I still am. I drink a lot of milk every day now, and am trying my best to eat healthier. My school makes me exercise super hard and I love just running/playing sports or whatnot everyday anyway! I also love stretching, so I also do that too. I’m really getting good sleep in now also. I sleep at 8 and wake up at about 5:30 naturally. So 9 and a half hours of sleep. You think there’s any more (haha, as if I don’t have enough!) ways to increase my potential? When my mom was younger, she had a size 8. She’s 5’5". My feet are almost size 9 and a half now. So maybe that means I’ll grow taller than her? I mean, my older brother grew taller than my dad. My older sister, I think, maybe neglected what she did/does since she’s 18 and only 5’2" and a half, and I’m just growing haha. For my race my family is pretty tall. Sooo.. you think there would be any more I can do or am I doing just fine? Thanks!

Hi, i am 16 years old my current height is 5’9 (175 cm). I eat lots of protein diet like eggs, milk, yoghurt etc. I exercise regulary for 45 -65 minutes daily. I get 8 hours of sleep. I also take multi-vitamin tablets daily and use YOKO height increaser.I’ve been doing all this for like a week. So its possible that i achieve my desired results?

I play on the freshman volleyball team, and i think my chances of making jv next year are pretty low. im already working on jumping higher and improving my skills, but is there anyway i can grow taller too? im only 5′ 4", and that’s pretty short for volleyball. i read in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens that if you drink 2-3 glasses of milk a day and get 10 hours of sleep in a dark room that you will grow up to 4 inches taller than normal. does this really work?

I am 14, at 5’10. I need to become taller, my goal is about 6’3/ don’t worry, my dad is still taller than me, even tho he’s almost 60. But I do lift weights at the gym. I dont do anything heavy,, like benchpresses. I do pulldowns, crunches, chests, work out my legs, and i dont do anything that requires my legs to lift up my weight. I also take calcium supplements(vitamin d included), get around 7 hours of sleep, and i do strewching excercises hoping i will get taller. Will any of this help me grow? I know most of you will say ill get taller naturally, but not as tall as i want to be. will it help? thanks in advance!

I’m currently 15 years old and about to graduate my freshman year in High School. I am 5’6, my mother is 4′ 11" and my father is about 5’8". My mother wants me to grow taller than my father. So do I. If possible, I want to reach 6 foot. I plan, over the summer, to get 8+ hours of sleep and drink milk before I go to bed and after I wake up. This is nearly impossible during school days because of the work loud I get. What are the chances that I will successfully reach 6 foot? Im 5’11 and my mom is 5’6 and my dad is 6’1. Im 15 and a half years old and im asian. Im jumping 50 times in the air every weekday and 100 on weekends.(My bro told me that jumping increases height cuz it stretches out the limbs in the legs and knees or somethin like that). My mum and dad aren’t that tall. I play basketball all the time i know genes are important but i don’t care i still wanna grow taller. At least 6 Ft would be the best. I drink Milk everyday weekdays before i go to school but sometimes i skip on weekends. Please please advice me what should i do. I don’t always get 8 hours of sleep because of school and homework. Most of the time 6 hours++ sometimes even lesser than that when i’m stressed out.
