Im a 16 year old male and Im 5’6 and I refuse to believe that this is my final height. My dad is 6’2 and my brothers all grew to around that same height. I heard that protein, calcium, and fruits and vegetables can help me grow taller and cutting out salt, sugar, and basically junk food will help as well. So, what is a good diet to achieve growing taller? From breakfast to dinner.
I’m 14 and Im only 5 feet 2 inches.
My dad is 5 feet 4 inches and my mom is 5 feet 2 inches, so no one in my family is really tall.
I drink A LOT of milk each day and I am very healthy and fit and I never eat junk food.
I exercise a lot and I eat pills that "supposedly" should be making me grow taller.
I know that I still have a few years to grow, but this is the peak of my growth period and Im barely growing :*(
are there any other ways to grow taller?
