I’m 5’8 and 17 years old, I have a size 11 shoe and my legs and arms are DRASTICALLY longer than my torso, I also am incapable of growing facial hair yet, my dad is 6’0 tall and my cousin who I take after is 6’2 and did not grow until he was my age, is it possible I will grow taller?
I also have a 6’0 arm span
Is there anyway to lengthen ones legs (their femur/tibia etc), without invasive surgery?

Just to start of, I’m 5’5 and about 92-93 pounds and fourteen years old. I don’t think I have an eating disorder because I DO eat! Please tell me whether the following information given makes you feel I have an eating disorder or not! This is an example of what I eat: *I don’t eat the same thing everyday!
Breakfast:
Weetbix w/ soyamilk and a few dry fruits
Lunch:
Noodles, pasta, rice, or bread with a few veggies.
4:30 Snack: Soyamilk with fruit
Dinner: Rice, veggies and some sort of protein.
Around 1400-1600 calories.
I do not eat ANYTHING (not even a single chip) in between…I’m not sure why but I don’t.
I eat between 1/4-1/2 cup of uncooked rice for dinner and my soyamilk is around 200ml in the evening.
I don’t exercise that much but I climb a lot of stairs at school…and by that I mean quite a lot. I walk as much as possible and sometimes I try to fit in a 3km run. I have stopped having my periods since around 8 months and have lost around 8 kgs. It’s not much but I guess I was sorta NATURALLY thin to start with. Everytime I lose weight, I don’t feel like increasing at all! But when I look at tall, slim girls I start to say to myself "Eat right for the next couple of years and grow tall, then go on a diet" I say that almost every week but after eating my dinner, I have to work off the calories one way or the other. My friends keep telling me how skinny I am but they themselves look skinnier to me. I know that I’m skinnier only because they weigh about 10 pounds more. But when I look at myself, I only see fat thighs. I like the upper part of my body but my legs look so fat! My mom is constantly worried about my eating habits but I don’t think I need to because I do EAT! I’m not afraid of food! I just don’t eat junk (AT ALL-I literally mean NEVER, atleast at my own will) unless my parents or family force me. I’m eating…am I still at the risk of an ED? I want to be 39kgs. When I reach there, I will just maintain for a while and then come back to about 42-43kgs. But right now, thats my goal. I just want to know what my body will look like!
Btw, how many calories does 1/2 cup of uncooked rice have? I’m so worried right now ![]()

Skipping stimulates the shin bones. Does that mean Skipping lengthens the legs?
Does skipping increases the butt size.
Are there any good way to grow taller, especially the legs?

i remember in kindergarten that the teachers told me i was the shortest kid, so then i cried and i just think it was cruel for them to hurt my self estem like that it sucks i just turned 15 i’m only 5’4" and i preety sure i din’t hit my growth spurt yet. and i’m just wondering if there is a good chance of me growing a couple of inches beause i can’t stand being small any more . and if i don’t grow anymore is there a surgery that can ake my legs longer. i thought i saw something on this show once.

Hello. i recently turned 17, am around 140lb and 5’11 feet tall.
I do have a fair bit of knowledge on this subject area, but obviously i’m not a master, so i just want to ask a few questions to fil in the gaps so i can make the most of my work outs and get bigger (which is obviously my gain :3)
1.I drank 2 scoups of maximuscle progain for 6 weeks and gained 4 kilos, but it was all around my stomach. REAALLLY flabby stuff there haha. presumeably the carbs had done that. I was working out 3 times a week while taking the supplement. I want to know that if i were to take maximuscle proMAX instead..which has barely any carbs and is mostly protein…would i still gain weight but not around my tummy?
2.I’v been at a great gym for nearly 4 months and do see some progress. My muscles appear more defined, but i swear i’m not ‘bigger’. It makes no sense. i lift the heaviest weight i can and do chest and arms one day – back and shoulders the second – and legs on third. so its all even ish. why arent i getting bigger? (i eat a lot, not as though i’m purposely trying to force feed myself though)
3.my bones are naturally thin. so looking at my arms for example, yes you can see a clear defined bicep etc, but the arm itself is relatively small. will keeping to a hard routine sort of make my bones grow. maybe not grow..but my arms appear bigger? (sorry to make it awkward)
if anyone could help me on ANY of the issues i’d be grateful!

I’m currently 15 and 9 months old and weigh about 159 pounds, standing at 5foot 6and a half. I’ve been working out at the gym for half a year and got really big in my shoulders chest and arms. I Bench 140 and do 80lbs flys and 100 lbs dummbell presses. I naturally have a longer body and shorter legs. My mom and relatives think that if i continue to workout I would not grow to my potential height, is that true? Everyday I drink milk and take omega 3 and multivitamins. My mom is 5’3", dad is 5’4 and a half". I stopped growing for almost 8 months, but wen I hit the gym I gre half an inch. Can you give me any advice?

130cm. Im 5’5" and have average length legs. And size 8 feet at 14.
I am an 18 year old male, 6’1, 157 pounds. I started puberty a bit late at age 15. so yeah I guess you can call me a "late bloomer". I hated it. my voice didnt change until my junior year in high school. I was about 5’7-5’8 throughout high school until about summer of my junior year. then I just shot up to about 6’1 which is where im at now. girls always wanted "older" looking guys that were "hot" or "sexy". I was always just "cute" and my confidence talking to girls always suffered. it makes me so f’ing mad. Im guessing Im not done with puberty yet so I have a few questions that I really need answered, PLEASE!
1. I look really young for my age. when people first meet me, they think that Im only about 15(16 at the VERY most). It really pisses me off and has been frustrating my entire life. will I always look young forever?
2. I really want facial hair.I have a little bit of a mustache but you can really only see it when you look closely. also, I have about two dark hairs that are coming on my chin but other than that, there is basically nothing. will I grow any facial hair or am I doomed forever?(oh and please don’t say "shaving is a pain in the butt and you should be happy you dont have any")
3. My penis is 6 inches hard. yes, i know thats average size but Im wondering if it will grow anymore? Its not very thick either. I can put a condom on and it wont fall off, but I can fully fill out the condom tightly. will the girth of my penis get larger as well?
4. Like I said, Im pretty tall, but I have a problem. My legs are REALLY long and make up most of my height. my upper body is short and makes my whole body look weird.also my arms are really long as well and I hate it. will my upper body grow anymore?!?
5. I have a little bit of hair under my armpits. its the dark curly kind, but its not a lot compared to my friends. will i grown any more hair there??? also, I have a lot of pubic hair all around my penis and on my testicales, so I think im done there. but my legs(especially my thigh area), chest and butt, is really smooth with almost no hair. is it just a result of genetics or will I get hair over time??
6. My shoulders arent really wide at all. my biceps look like they are wider than them. its really annoying and Im wondering if they will get wider naturally over time? also, my waist is REALLY skinny and always has been. will my waist get bigger? and another thing, I have always been weaker in the weight room compared to everyone else, will I get stronger over time? especially my chest, I still have "puffy nipples" or "man boobs". will they every go away??? Its embarrassing and Ive had them for a while. they should go away after puberty right??

I want to try a new look to try and boost my self confidence. To start off I feel plain. I don’t do much with my hair. I sometimes straighten it or leave it naturally wavy. It is dark brown and a little past my shoulders but I’m trying to grow it out down to my chest. I’m thinking about getting bangs because my hair doesn’t frame my face well. I’m thinking about bangs that part to the side and that are not short like at my eye brows I want it a little about the point of my nose. I have a diamond shaped face. So should I get bangs or let all my hair grow out to the same length?
I also don’t wear make up because I don’t know what brands to buy or how to apply it. I have fair skin and green eyes. I know colors like browns and purples look good with green eyes. I want it to look natural though and I would like to play up my eyes.
As for my clothes I dress pretty casual, with a cute shirt and some jeans. I’m tall and thin (5’8) and both my legs and torso are long and so it’s very difficult to find clothes that fit me right. I usually wear a long tank top under some of my shirts. I think I look good in red, pink, blue, green, white and black. I don’t like to wear bright colors since I’m pale and I’m a shy person. I prefer softer colors. I got a lot of gift cards for christmas and I want to use them to buy new clothes and maybe some make up.

Okay, I’m fourteen, but I look eleven or twelve. So here’s what I look like/wear: My face isn’t really a "baby face" because it doesn’t have that extra fat on it, but it’s not fully defined yet. I have a little acne, but as stupid as this sounds, I want a LITTLE because it will make me look older. I shave, but I’m planning on not doing it for a little bit so I will have some facial hair. I spike my hair up in the front only. I’m gaunt and short. I usually wear a regular pair of shorts a little past my knees. I wear black Nike shoes (not basketball ones). My voice is going through that awkward stage of it cracking lol. I’m naturally tan. My legs aren’t fat, but they aren’t little twigs either. There’s a little bit of leg hair, but not like a grown man’s legs. I wear ankle cut socks. So how can I look taller and older? I don’t want to look older than 14, I just want to look my actual age. BTW, people are always surprised about my age.

I’ve been riding for almost a year now, and I’ve noticed occasionally that my right leg starts to feel a bit crampy and sore, while my left leg is completely fine. Is my right leg shorter/longer or something? Or am I not riding correctly?
Also I’m still having trouble sitting the trot after this whole time. I’ve tried relaxing in the saddle but that just makes me bump more, i’ve tried lengthening my legs but the only way I can stay on is by squeezing my legs tight. Any tips?

I know I have asked this before, but either I am not getting it, or none of the exercises work for my horse. I have tried canter to lengthen, leg yield to lengthen, and shoulder-in to lengthen, both down the wall and across the diagonal.
The most I can get out of my mare (10yr old Gypsy drum) is 2-3 strides, and then she falls apart into a faster working trot. She does stretch down and lengthen her body easily, but can’t get the extra freeing shoulder/flicking out forelimbs that a lengthening shows. Her back is supple, she is using it, and she listens well to half halts,seat, and leg. She is built for, and more naturally collects, but lengthenings are supposed to be 1st level movements, and not that hard.
The woman I get lessons from occasionally, who has shown grand prix, doesn’t get why my horse can do an trot extension-like movement in the spanish trot, but not a normal lengthen trot. We have tried everything and nothing is working for more than those couple strides.
She can passade (not as exaggerated as a warmblood, but she’s doing it) for 10 strides or so, spanish trot, and spanish walk- all that includes more front leg "up" movements, sitting on the haunches, and freeing up the shoulders.
So why can’t we figure out lengthenings!?
Sorry for venting my frustrations, and I am sure it is something that I am not cueing her right for, as it is usually the rider’s fault
Anyone have any tips/advice that I can try?
Oh- my cues- to ask for it, I do a slight half halt to raise her front end, sit deeper in the stirrups, move my legs back slightly to curl around her barrel, and drive with my seat.
She is in a french link D-ring snaffle.
Im 19 year old guy, 5’9 and have ONLY GROWN 1 inch since 16.. My 10 inch growth spurt came to a halt at the EARLY AGE OF 16 FOR A GUY and since then i’ve only grown 1 inch!!! >:(
What can I do to initiatee more growth of the legs?
Can I lengthen my legs by forcing my body to do it by wearing weights on my leg when i sleep to pull them down. Having them hanging off my legs providing a pulling force.
Should I try it?

I’ve heard that "grow taller for idiots" works well. Is that true? Is there anything to do to increase my growth? I’m a female halfway through puberty, so my growth isn’t completley done, but I’d like to grow another 5 inched before I’m done growing.
By the way, I’d mostly like the growth in my legs, preferablly my calfs.

I’m 16, still think I am growing and I want to grow to my tallest potential! My Dad is 6’3" while my Mom is 5’3". I’ve taken after my Dad in about everything, metabolism, looks, etc. and I’d also like to take after him in height. I’ve already exceeded my Mother’s height, I am 5’5", and I’d like to be at least 5’8" by summer. I am going to be in New York and I want to go to a modeling agency! I’ve been told I have the face, just not the height.
So please, ANY and ALL info you have on growing taller is much appreciated!
